Billie Eilish與Lil Nas X以6項提名同列第二,Billie Eilish以〈Bad Guy〉入圍年度唱片與年度歌曲,《When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?》入圍年度專輯;Lil Nas X以與Billy Ray Cyrus合作的〈Old Town Road〉混音版入圍年度唱片,而首發EP《7》獲得年度專輯提名。

的《I Used to Know Her》、Vampire Weekend的《Father of the Bride》。

而入圍年度歌曲的勁敵包括:Lady Gaga在《一個巨星的誕生》中演唱的金曲之一〈Always Remember Us This Way〉、Tanya Tucker的〈Bring My Flowers Now〉、H.E.R.的〈Hard Place〉、Taylor Swift的〈Lover〉、Lana Del Rey的〈Norman Fucking Rockwell〉與Lewis Capaldi的〈Someone You Loved〉等。 Maggie Rogers、Rosalía、Tank and the Bangas、Yola、Black Pumas等具突破性的藝人。
