Oasis 綠洲樂團 Liam Gallagher 難得傳出溫馨的慈善新聞，Happy Doggo 慈善機構負責人 Niall Harbison 在 X（前 Twitter）分享 Liam Gallagher 幫助泰國流浪狗的故事，他透露，Liam Gallagher 本人2023年從 Happy Doggo 認養一隻母狗 Buttons，並協助該慈善機構募集2萬5千英鎊（約105萬台幣）用於建造寵物醫院。
Liam Gallagher 在三月表示，現在他非常享受與 Buttons 的生活，雖然今年一直在巡演，但因為不知道狗狗是否喜歡巡演，所以他不會帶她一起行動，甚至考慮為了陪伴狗狗而停止巡演，「我不想再繼續巡迴演出了，我現在想待在家裡。」
Niall Harbison 的目標是每月透過 Happy Doggo 拯救1,000隻狗，他在社群分享一則「證明世界上並非一切都是壞事的故事，我保證它會讓你微笑。」這個故事的主人翁竟然是 Liam Gallagher！
2023年 Liam Gallagher 在線上申請收養 Buttons 時，在自己的職業欄填上「歌手」，當時 Niall Harbison 還以為是他的夥伴在惡作劇。「令人驚訝的是，這是真的。Liam 甚至從網路上認識了其他狗。Buttons 有一個永遠美麗的家。」Niall Harbison 分享了 Buttons 從泰國出發，最後見到 Liam Gallagher 的畫面。

2024年 Liam Gallagher 為慶祝《Definitely Maybe》20週年而進行巡演，他在舞台上展示了一個巨大的地球儀，並將 Oasis 歌曲〈Half The World Away〉獻給 Buttons，呼應「相隔半個地球之外」的緣分。

巡迴結束後，他拍賣地球儀，為 Happy Doggo 籌募資金，最後是由 Liam Gallagher 排定四個演出場次的場館 Co-op Live 以2萬5千英鎊買下。這顆地球儀將成為曼徹斯特 Co-op Live 新場館的特色，讓所有訪客都能聯想到 Oasis 的歌曲，以及來自半個地球之外的泰國狗狗 Buttons，而善款也將用作照顧其他狗狗和建造寵物醫院的費用，Niall Harbison 表示醫院將建在小 Buttons 曾經蹓躂過的同一片叢林中。
「永遠不要低估狗狗對我們所有人的影響。一年前，小 Buttons 走進來，希望過上更好的生活，現在她已經做到了。世界上並非一切都是壞事。愛總是勝利。」
