古董拍賣公司 LoveAntiques.com 以歷年來的拍賣價格統計出「最具價值的黑膠唱片」，拿下首位的便是去年由披頭四成員 Ringo Starr 拍賣編號 No.00000001 的《The Beatles》（白色專輯）黑膠唱片，以 730,876 英鎊售出（約台幣 2,900 萬元）。
披頭四的第一支單曲《Love Me Do》價值 80,500 英鎊，排行第 3 名；而首張專輯《Please Please Me》部分稀有版本價值達 7,500 英鎊，排行第 8 名，在前 20 名中，披頭四即佔據了 5 位。

英國傳奇龐克樂團 Sex Pistols 在 1997 年發行單曲《God Save the Queen》，早期版本價值 12,000 英鎊，排行第 6 名；U2 標誌性的單曲《Pride (In the Name of Love)》，在澳洲原始發行的透明黑膠版本價值 5,000 英鎊，排行第 11 名。
▲Sex Pistols《God Save the Queen》選擇在英國女王伊莉莎白二世登基 25 週年時發行，歌詞和封面在當時皆引起爭議；而樂團在簽屬給唱片公司 Virgin 前所發行的版本相當稀有。
