希望自己的琴發出Green Day的龐克搖滾調調嗎？為慶祝《Dookie》專輯發行25週年，主唱Billie Joe Armstrong宣布與效果器公司Jim Dunlop合作，由旗下品牌MXR 推出吉他效果器Dookie Drive，上頭繪製1994年專輯《Dookie》的封面藝術。產品在一月24~27日登場的NAMM展正式亮相。

MXR 表示，研發期間團隊借用Green Day製作《Dookie》專輯時用到的效果器，原始的音調來自兩個改裝的Marshall Plexi 音箱頭，Billie Joe Armstrong將它暱稱為PETE；MXR 將兩個Marshall 配對，在這顆效果器內重建這樣的電路組合，並用blend調整比例，並增加一個混合旋鈕和scoop開關做進一步控制，最後外殼電鍍上Richie Bucher設計的經典唱片封面，混合變化出《Dookie》專輯中表現的各種音調。
《Dookie》收錄〈Longview〉、〈Basket Case〉、〈Welcome to Paradise〉、〈When I Come Around〉等代表作，在90年代中期為流行龐克鋪路，有力推向主流樂壇。它是美國唱片業協會認證的鑽石級唱片，意即在美國銷售超過1000萬張專輯。
