第66屆葛萊美獎頒獎典禮（GRAMMY Awards）於台灣時間2月5日中午於洛杉磯 Crypto.com Arena 舉行，流行天后 Taylor Swift（泰勒絲）拿下最大獎「年度專輯」，打破歷史紀錄成為該項獲獎次數最多的歌手，同時也宣布將在四月推出新專輯，成為典禮一大亮點；此外，獨立樂當紅女聲 Phoebe Bridgers 以自己的名義加上所屬全女子獨立搖滾樂團 boygenius（天才男孩樂團）合計共拿下4座獎項，而本屆入圍9項提名的歌手 SZA 最終抱回三項大獎，可謂女力稱霸的一屆。
本屆頒獎典禮可說是亮點十足，Taylor Swift 拿下最佳流行演唱專輯獎後，在致詞時宣布全新專輯《The Tortured Poets Department》將在4月19日發行，令人相當驚喜！她在典禮前幾個小時將原本 Instagram 的大頭貼套上黑白濾鏡，當時所有樂迷與外媒都推測是在預告重錄專輯《舉世盛名（泰勒絲全新版）》（Reputation (Taylor’s Version)）即將到來，結果殺出全新專輯消息嚇瘋在場與螢幕前的所有人。
輪到頒發壓軸大獎「年度專輯」時，因病許久未現身公眾場合的 Céline Dion（席琳狄翁），以頒獎人之姿驚喜現身，為典禮掀起一波高潮。最後獎項由泰勒絲以《Midnights》拿下，也刷新全新大會紀錄，成為首位四度拿下年度專輯的音樂人。當晚她帶著專輯製作人 Jack Antonoff，以及也有參與專輯製作的「絕色女伶」Lana Del Rey（拉娜德芮）二度上台，並表示這是她人生中最美好的時刻！

本屆多個獎項堪稱死亡之組， 在「年度歌曲」公布由 Billie Eilish（怪奇比莉）擊敗 Dua Lipa、Jon Batiste、Lana Del Rey 、Miley Cyrus（麥莉希拉）、Olivia Rodrigo、SZA、Taylor Swift 拿下時，她上台領獎時不斷發出驚呼，一臉不敢置信地說：「我只想說這個獎項的入圍名單超級瘋狂，都是超棒的藝人和作品，我現在真的嚇瘋了。謝謝我哥哥 FINNEAS，他同時也是我最好的朋友，謝謝 Greta Gerwig 做了一部年度最棒的電影！」她也在本屆典禮中帶來〈What Was I Made For?〉的現場演出，哥哥 FINNEAS 在側以鋼琴伴奏，簡單樂器配置更凸顯 Billie Eilish 絲絲入扣的唱功。
而 Miley Cyrus 則以〈Flowers〉一曲拿下年度製作獎，也是她出道多年來，獲得的首座葛萊美獎。她從 Mariah Carey（瑪麗亞凱莉）手中接過獎座，笑稱因為大雨塞車，差點就錯過領獎，並提醒大家獎座不能定義成功，每個人都是獨特耀眼的。
搖滾樂相關獎項方面，本屆最受矚目的，就非 boygenius 莫屬了，由 Julien Baker、Phoebe Bridgers 和 Lucy Dacus 三人組成的女子樂團，在本屆拿下她們的第一座葛萊美，最後總計拿下了最佳搖滾演出、最佳搖滾歌曲、最佳另類音樂專輯三項大獎，其中 Phoebe Bridgers 還因為參與了泰勒絲的專輯《Midnights》，額外拿下了最佳流行演唱專輯與年度專輯獎。

當然搖滾老團的實力依然不容小覷，Paramore 憑藉《This Is Why》拿下了最佳搖滾專輯和另類音樂演出獎；Metallica 則以新專輯《72 Seasons》獲得最佳金屬演出獎。而解散已久的披頭四，也出現在得獎名單上，究竟是怎麼回事呢？原來他們1966年發行的歌曲〈I’m Only Sleeping〉，在2022年推出了官方動畫 MV，並拿下了今年葛萊美的最佳錄影帶獎。MV 導演 Em Cooper 發表得獎感言時表示：「我要感謝 John、Paul、George 和 Ringo！」
其他表演部分，Olivia Rodrigo 以一席紅色深 V 性感長裙搭配紅唇登台，獻唱告示牌冠軍主打〈vampire〉，呼應歌曲吸血鬼主題，唱到激動處背後視訊也出現宛若流血的畫面；天團 U2 合唱團近期在拉斯維加斯的新開的球型場館 Sphere 駐場演出造成熱烈話題，今天他們也從該場地連線表演最新單曲〈Atomic City〉。一開始從外部拍攝，整個球體變成螢幕呈現 U2 的演出，照亮整個賭城；隨後轉場至球體內部，超巨大沉浸式弧形螢幕畫面不斷切換，其中一段更是呈現出蝴蝶漫天飛舞的畫面，帶來視覺與聽覺的震撼饗宴。另外包含 Dua Lipa、SZA、Travis Scott、Miley Cyrus 和 Joni Mitchell 、Billy Joel 等人也都帶來精彩演出。
本屆也發生了一樁意外插曲，拿下三項大獎的饒舌歌手 Killer Mike 被目擊在領完獎後，遭警方上銬帶離典禮會場，目前尚不清楚他犯下什麼案件，但對他本人而言，想必是經歷了一場心情三溫暖。
